FORECLOSURE PREVENTION WORKSHOPS
SSO holds monthly self-help workshops for Pierce County homeowners worried about the affordability of their homes.

Due to the high demand for counseling we are requiring homeowners to attend a workshop prior to scheduling an appointment with a counselor.
Our Next Foreclosure Class will be held in
Tacoma on February 9th from 1pm - 4pm
Location: The Evergreen State College, Rm 206, 1210 6th Ave, Tacoma
Key Peninsula on February 23rd from 1pm- 4pm
Location: Key Center Pierce County Library located at 8905 Key Peninsula Hwy N, Lakebay, WA

You are required to bring a completed application to class (you can download the form below).
Classes are free and cover the following:
- Foreclosure timeline
- Communicating with your lender
- Making Home Affordable program and other options
- Documentation to gather
- Submitting a modification request
- Factors lenders consider in evaluating requests
- Regaining your financial stability
Space is limited and registration is required.
ONE-ON-ONE COUNSELING - Once you have attended a workshop we may be able to schedule counseling clients for foreclosure intervention counseling
